🌀 Havoc RP — Official Server Rules

Welcome to Havoc RP — a UK & US  based FiveM community built on immersive, story-driven roleplay.

🔹 1. General Conduct

  • Respect everyone — No discrimination, racism, sexism, harassment, or hate speech.
  • No toxicity — Keep OOC drama and arguments out of the server.
  • No exploiting or hacking — Use of cheats or glitches is a permanent ban.
  • No metagaming — Don’t use outside info (Discord, streams, etc.) IC.
  • No powergaming — Don’t force actions or do unrealistic things your character couldn’t do.
  • No FailRP — Stay realistic at all times.
  • Value of Life — Act like your life matters in dangerous situations.
  • English only in text and voice unless approved for RP.

🔹 2. Roleplay Standards

  • Always stay in character (IC). Use /ooc or /b for out-of-character talk.
  • Storyline RP is encouraged — create depth and connections for your character.
  • Criminal RP must be realistic and well planned. No one-man armies.
  • Hostage RP must have valid reasoning and believable RP.
  • Corruption RP (Police/EMS/Gov) requires management approval.
  • Fear RP — If you’re at gunpoint or in danger, comply realistically.
  • No cop baiting or trolling emergency services.

🔹 3. Combat & Crime

  • RDM — Random killing without RP is bannable.
  • VDM — Using vehicles as weapons without reason is bannable.
  • No revenge kills — NLR applies.
  • New Life Rule (NLR): After death, forget everything leading up to it and stay away for 15 minutes.
  • Robberies & Kidnappings require solid RP and clear initiation.
  • Bank/Store robberies need at least 4 cops on duty unless approved.
  • Gangs must be approved by staff before forming.

🔹 4. Police / EMS / Government RP

  • Respect emergency services and their scenes — no trolling or disruption.
  • Follow proper procedures and chain of command.
  • No corruption RP unless approved by management.
  • EMS must not revive in unsafe areas — realism first.

🔹 5. Vehicles & Economy

  • Drive realistically — obey traffic laws, crashes have consequences.
  • No unrealistic or troll mods (flying cars, bright neons, invisible cars, etc.).
  • No economy abuse — duping, exploiting, or glitch farming is prohibited.
  • All transactions (sales, trades) must happen in-character.

🔹 6. Communication & OOC

  • You must be in the official Havoc RP Discord.
  • Handle disputes through tickets, not public chats.
  • Staff word is final — appeals go through proper channels.
  • No advertising other servers or communities.

🔹 7. Streamers & Creators

  • Stream sniping = instant permanent ban.
  • Use overlays or tags to identify OOC names while streaming.
  • No leaking private RP scenes or Discord conversations.

🔹 8. Staff & Administration

  • Staff may enforce rules not explicitly listed — use common sense.
  • Remain respectful during admin interactions.
  • Bribing, threatening, or lying to staff = ban.
  • If you feel wronged, open a staff report ticket.

🔹 9. Community Notes

  • Dual nationality community — respect both UK and US RP styles.
  • Events may alternate between UK & US time zones.
  • Roleplay > Winning — It’s about creating stories, not competition.
